Job Title: Program Aide FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Full time 40 hours per week Pay rate: $12.00 per hour Reports To: Mobile Fresh Manager Location: Site will vary Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 403b retirement, EAP, Sick, Vacation, Holiday Pay ABOUT FSA Family Service Association has been a leader among non-profits serving families in need since 1953. Our mission is “Building community one family at a time, through compassion, advocacy and comprehensive model services, fostering self-sufficiency and sustainable impacts.” General Responsibilities 1) Assist staff in carrying out program duties in the warehouse and on the day-to-day operations of the Mobile Fresh vehicle 2) Carry out assigned tasks following all safety policies and procedures 3) Maintain accurate documentation as needed including; orders, invoices, tracking sheets, payments, donation receipts, client data and surveys, etc. Warehouse 4) Accept deliveries, pick-up and/or deliver orders/donations, stock program supplies (e.g. produce, dry goods, and other food items), and keep track of current inventory 5) Maintain warehouse work areas orderly, organized, and clean Mobile Fresh 6) Load and unload products on the Mobile Fresh vehicle 7) Provide direct customer service, process customers’ payments, and replenish products on the Mobile Fresh vehicle 8) Drive program vehicles as needed 9) Responsible for clean and appealing condition of the program vehicles 10) Punctual and regular attendance 11) Complete work orders and other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications • High School Diploma or Equivalent • Bilingual preferred • Computer literate (Word, Excel); type 40 wpm • Pass clerical test administered by HR • Reception skills • General clerical (filing and statistical) • Able to work with a diverse environment • TB Test Clearance • Drug Test Clearance • Background Fingerprint Clearance • The ability to read and write English and to communicate at the level required for successful job performance Licenses & Certifications: CA Driver’s License & Proof of Automobile Insurance Current and clear DMV record Physical Demands • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to travel • Ability to remain seated for long periods of time while working on computer • The ability to lift 30 lbs.
