Job Title: Clinician II (Licensed) Pay Rate: $31.00 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Part Time Reports To: Clinic Director Location: Moreno Valley, Box Springs ABOUT FSA Family Service Association has been a leader among non-profits serving families in need since 1953. Over the years, FSA has responded to the changing dynamics of families. Our mission is “Building community one family at a time, through compassion, advocacy and comprehensive model services, fostering self-sufficiency and sustainable impacts.” General Responsibilities 1. Direct service treatment, including diagnostic (intakes), crisis intervention, and on-going treatment (individual, family and group.) Annual DSH quota of 1000 hours required. 2. Clinical Supervision responsibilities. 3. Caseload management: information/referral advocacy. 4. Community outreach, presentation, parent education training as necessary to facilitate individual case and program goals. 5. Team accountability and responsibilities along with project supervisors, students, other divisions and administrative staff. 6. Generation and implementation of Treatment Plans, Utilization Review and other case planning activities. 7. Participation and presentation at case review/disposition, case consultation and peer support meetings. 8. Assisting in program start-up activities and subsequent (on-going) statistical and recording. 9. Clinic staff trainings (i.e cultural competency, clinical skills, case management, etc.). 10. Twenty-four hour telephone crisis consultation availability. This position works a minimum of two late evening until clinic closing. Available some Saturdays (presentations, emergency case situations). 11. Punctual and Regular Attendance.
 
Qualifications • LCSW or LMFT • Clinical and program experience • Valid CA Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance • Background Fingerprint Clearance • TB Clearance • Drug Test Clearance • Ability to read and write English and to communicate at the level required for successful job performance Licenses & Certifications: • LCSW or licensed MFCC Physical & Mental Demands: • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work under highly stressful deadlines. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Ability to travel. • Ability to remain seated for long periods of time while working on computer
