Clinician I (Pre-licensed)/HOPE Location: Indio – Full Time Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per Hour (Non-Exempt) Essential Job Duties: 1. Delivery and tailoring of professional trainings (i.e. Six Protective Factors) 2. Delivery of Mandated Reporter Trainings. 3. Tailoring and updating of Mandated Reporter Training curriculum to specific populations (i.e. clergy, teachers, coaches, etc). 4. Chair and coordinate the annual HOPE Children’s Conference 5. Create, Lead and Coordinate the HOPE Military Initiative 6. Caseload management: information/referral advocacy. 7. Community outreach, presentation, parent education training as necessary to facilitate individual case and program goals. 8. Team accountability and responsibilities along with clinic managers, case managers, activity specialists, other administrative staff. 9. Attend Team Decision Meetings (TDM) throughout Riverside County, and participate in the TDM’s case review/disposition, and case consultation. 10. Complete TDM reports and submit copies to the HOPE Project Director. 11. Attendance of HOPE regional collaborative meetings throughout Riverside County and other meetings related to HOPE activities. 12. Assisting in program start-up activities and subsequent (on-going) statistical and recording. 13. Twenty-four hour telephone crisis consultation availability. Available some Saturdays (presentations, emergency case situations). 14. Available to work evenings and /or Saturday hours as needed to meet program needs 15. Participate in community outreach events (minimum of 2 a year). 16. Punctual and Regular Attendance 17. Other duties as assigned and necessary Report to: Project Director
Minimum Qualifications: • Post master’s, pre-licensed, MFT intern, MSW associate • Experience working in social work settings • Clinical and program experience • CA Driver’s License and proof of automobile Insurance • Current and Clean DMV Print Out report • Background Fingerprint Clearance • TB Test Clearance • Drug Test Clearance • Ability to read and write English and to communicate at the level required for successful job performance. Licenses & Certifications: • Post master’s, pre-licensed, MFT intern or MSW associate • CPR & First Aide Physical & Mental Demands: • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work under highly demanding deadlines. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Ability to travel. • Ability to remain seated for long periods of time while working on computer.
