Since 2005 we have assisted over 60 nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and collaboratives in Southern California as well as other parts of the US and Mexico, and South Africa to achieve organizational and individual goals by building skills, increasing alignment, and fostering collaborative action.

• Leadership coaching executives and teams to develop individual and shared leadership, using methods that are integral in their approach and pragmatic in their delivery.
• Training and skills development for leaders and teams to communicate effectively, constructively manage conflict, develop cultural competency, learn from differences, and act purposefully.

Our team includes experts in:
• Planning based in rigorous methods, participatory processes, and concrete mission-driven and financially grounded outcomes.
• Facilitation methodologies, including Appreciative Inquiry, Technology of Participation, Facilitative Leadership, World Café, and many others.
• Applied research and evaluation, including experience in transformational and participatory empowerment evaluation, theory-driven evaluation, and utilization-focused evaluation, as well as rigorous quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Collective Impact initiatives, including development of shared goals, common measures, and backbone communication processes to ensure alignment.
