President's Bio:

Susana Rinderle, MA, ACC, President of Susana Rinderle Consulting, LLC, is a cultural diversity and inclusion trainer, coach, facilitator, speaker and writer committed to human evolution, equity, and social justice. A native of Los Angeles, she has 25 years of professional diversity experience in multiple sectors in the U.S. and Mexico, including corporate, nonprofit, healthcare, education and performing arts. Her nonprofit clients have included local agencies, national organizations and local affiliates of national organizations. She has provided training, facilitation, strategic planning, consulting and leadership coaching to nonprofit staff, leadership, and boards.

Susana has been an internal organizational leader herself as the co-founder and first Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for University of New Mexico Hospitals. She holds a B.A. in sociology from UCLA and an M.A. in intercultural communication from UNM. Bilingual and biliterate in Spanish, she also studied at UNAM in Mexico City. She was featured at TEDxABQ 2012 speaking on "Diversity is Necessary for Human Evolution". Susana is known for:

She has published articles on topics related to diversity, Mexico and U.S. Latinos in academic journals as well as commercial publications like Black Diaspora, Latin Style, Interrace, Native Americas, and Latinos and Latinas in US History and Culture: An Encyclopedia.
